- Plastic ware (forks and knives), napkins and plates are included in all package pricing.
- Final number can increase but not decrease.
- Delivery charge is based on distance.
- Food will be completely set-up 15 minutes before serving time (unless otherwise noted).
- Warmers and sternos are included in package pricing. They are NOT included with the ala carte menu and appetizer menu. They are available to rent at $10.00, a deposit is required.
- Linen table cloths, china plates and silverware are available to rent.
- Tastings are available at a nominal fee.
- To set up the food, we need banquet size tables. We have tables available to rent if needed.
